SBL Financial is now having a physical presence in Scotland with our new office in Princes Street, Edinburgh with David McDonald our Scottish advisor and manager.

The Scottish market is very different to the UK Market and we have not only advisors but lenders who understand this and have lots of lenders who are able to offer a range of services for us in Scotland whether it be non-standard construction, adverse credit, complex residential or buy-to-let/holiday let as well as bridging, commercial and semi-commercial.

SBL Scotland is supported by our UK Offices and offers a wealth of experience in the specialist sector. That’s not to say we can’t help non-specialist clients and Scottish people wanting to purchase.

Our Scottish Office is within the Regus facility perfectly positioned to allow for a bigger outreach to our clients. This grants us the ability to offer more services for Scottish Locals such as the ability to offer face-to-face appointments with our new Scottish Manager, David McDonald.
